Ritmo External Debeader (RED)

Eliminate the external bead that forms during butt welding with a fast, precise and reliable solution: Red (Ritmo External Debeader).
Three tools to meet the processing needs of pipes up to 1200 mm (48″ IPS) in diameter.
The operation is simple and effective: once the cooling phase is completed, a practical ratchet mechanism allows the RED to advance along the entire circumference of the pipe, while the integrated blade removes the external bead in a clean and uniform manner.
Thanks to the possibility of removing the pipe guides, the tool can also be used flat, making it perfect for finishing beads on welded plates.
