Bent Bits are designed for horizontal directional drilling applications in softer and abrasive ground conditions, including alluvial soils, clay, sand, and gravel. The bent, over-center design provides increased steering response, helping operators maintain control and make directional adjustments throughout the bore.
Carbide-impregnated hard surfacing protects the entire perimeter of the bit, while the 4140 steel plate construction provides the strength and durability needed for demanding HDD applications.
